If you provide the font files, we will use them exactly. If not, we will match with the closest available alternative and document the substitution. For enterprise clients, we can purchase licensed fonts on your behalf and include the cost in the quote.
Starter packages include 2 revision rounds. Professional and Enterprise include unlimited revisions within the project scope. Post-delivery, Professional clients get 30 days of support; Enterprise clients get ongoing support as part of their retainer.
We sign NDAs for all Enterprise clients and upon request for any project. Files are stored securely and deleted after delivery and your confirmation of satisfaction. We never share client work in our portfolio without explicit written permission.
